Hello, my name is Kirsten, and if you have answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then chances are we have a lot in common. In the spiritual life I used to lead, I used to experience a lot of confusion, frustration, disappointment, and emotional suffering. I knew I needed to change my spiritual practices, but I didn't know how to identify what is truly real.

Then, something extraordinary happened. I discovered a way to ground myself completely in the moment, overcoming the relentless distractions of the mind and awakened to the intuitive awareness of unity, which resides in the inner silence of our being. The hidden joy and beauty, in the life that I already am, was begun to be recognised and lived. Absolutely nothing has been the same way since.

What I discovered is not difficult or unobtainable, nor is it something that takes years of practice. Also, it’s not anything I found in a book. (Have you ever read something important in a spiritual book, only to find you couldn't really put that teaching into practice in your everyday life? Well, that was true of me, too. This is why I believe this teaching to be so important.)

What I discovered was an actual living, breathing human being who had been shown this teaching upon his awakening in 1992. His name is Elysha,
he is a self realised teacher of enlightenment, and he lives in New Zealand. He teaches a method for grounding yourself completely into the present moment, opening your heart, realising your true nature, and fulfilling your potential for liberation.
